The business networks will all be covering tonights address to congress by President Obama.  CNBC will be airing a special with John Harwood and Larry Kudlow.  Brian Williams also appeared on Street Signs to talk about the speech.  On Fox Business, Neil Cavuto will anchor the coverage with Rich Edson and Peter Barnes reporting and Mack McLarty, President Clinton's former chief of staff, providing commentary.  On Bloomberg, a special with Peter Cook will air, with Al Hunt and Kathleen Hays reporting.
