Today's address to a joint session of Congress by British PM Gordon Brown will be covered by all the major news networks, and also the business networks, particularly considering the economic importance of the speech.  Very few British Prime Ministers have ever addressed congress, the most recent being Tony Blair following the 9/11 attacks.  Brown's address is scheduled to begin at around 16:00 GMT, 11:00 ET.
