As Europe returns to standard time on October 31st, one week prior to the US, CNBC will be hitting the tapes. During this transition, the US will carry only one hour (5am-6am) of Worldwide Exchange live.
The following programming replaces the 4am-5am hour:
Sunday, 10/31: Remington Under Fire: A CNBC Investigation
Monday, 11/1: Fast Money
Tuesday, 11/2: Fast Money
Wednesday, 11/3: Fast Money
Thursday, 11/4: Fast Money
Considering that before Worldwide Exhange airs, CNBC across Europe broadcasts Squawk Box Europe, which would have been a suitable live alternative to repeats of Fast Money from the previous night. It would be a fair assumption that someone up at that time in the morning, and tuned to CNBC, would most likely have a vested interest in how trading was going early doors across the Atlantic.
