CNN International has today started utilising its newly refurbished studios in its London headquarters. Senior Vice President of CNN International, Katherine Green has been implementing a lot of changes at the network, including the introduction of specific programming strands, exploiting the expertise of its current on air team, and more new programmes are still in the pipeline.
The new London set uses a mixture of desk-based presentation and the use of floor space, and large displays for a more fluid style. The set also includes a large display screen which will be used as an alternative anchoring position. Featuring prominantly across the new set is the wording "London" which is displayed both on the anchor desk and also on the studio backdrops.
The set debuted during World Sport and will be rolled out across all of the London based programming today.
