Gary Ginsberg Named an Executive Vice President of Time Warner Inc

Time Warner Inc. (NYSE:TWX) has announced the appointment of Gary Ginsberg as executive vice president of the Company, effective April 1. In this newly created role, Mr. Ginsberg will work with the Company's senior management team on a wide range of corporate matters, including overseeing the Company's marketing, public affairs and communications efforts. Mr. Ginsberg will report to Time Warner Chairman and CEO Jeff Bewkes.

In making the announcement, Mr. Bewkes said: "Gary has a great reputation in our industry as a trusted corporate advisor. I welcome his strategic counsel and plan to take immediate advantage of his vast experience. Gary joins us at an important time as we continue to transform Time Warner to focus on creating high-quality, popular entertainment and journalism content for audiences around the globe."

From 1999 until 2009, Mr. Ginsberg was an executive vice president at News Corporation. Before joining News Corp., Mr. Ginsberg was a managing director at the New York-based strategic consulting firm of Clark & Weinstock. Previously, he was a senior editor and counsel of George, the monthly political magazine, and a former Assistant Counsel to President Clinton.

Mr. Ginsberg began his professional career as an attorney with Simpson Thacher & Bartlett. He is a graduate of the Columbia University School of Law, where he was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar. He received his undergraduate degree magna cum laude from Brown University, where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa.

Mr. Ginsberg is a member of the Board of Directors of the John F. Kennedy Library Foundation; the Newseum, the national news museum; New Visions for Public Schools; and New York Cares. He is also a member of the Council on Foreign Relations.
