Special coverage begins at 9 p.m. ET anchored by Rachel Maddow, with Chris Matthews, Lawrence O’Donnell, Ed Schultz and Eugene Robinson of “The Washington Post.” Following the Republican response, “The Last Word with Lawrence O’Donnell” will air live at 11 p.m. ET and “The Rachel Maddow Show” will be live at midnight.
