Michel de Rosen, Chief Executive Officer of Eutelsat Communications (Euronext Paris: ETL) today announced the arrival of Lisa Sanders Finas as the Group's Director of Investor Relations, responsible for communication with the investment community, including financial analysts, institutional investors and retail shareholders. Lisa will report to Catherine Guillouard, Eutelsat's chief financial officer. She is taking over Investor Relations activity from Gilles Janvier, who is assuming new responsibilities in the Group's department for legal affairs.

Commenting on the new appointment, Michel de Rosen said: "I thank Gilles for his commitment to building a successful investor relations programme for Eutelsat Communications since the Group was listed on Paris Euronext in December 2005. Lisa's track record in high-technology companies and her experience in France and internationally will further enhance and expand our reach in the investment community as we continue to demonstrate the importance of this activity for our Group."

Prior to joining Eutelsat, Lisa Sanders Finas was Director of Investor Relations at previously dual-listed Wavecom (Euronext and Nasdaq), a French high technology company and one of the market leaders in integrated wireless communications solutions which de-listed following its sale to the Canadian company Sierra Wireless in April, 2009. She joined Wavecom in 2002 from the French consumer goods company BIC, which is listed on Euronext Paris (ticker BB), and which she joined in 2000 as Head of Financial Communications.

Lisa is a graduate of the University of Illinois (BS Degree in Communications and Advertising). She started her career in 1980 in the United States at the Banco Di Roma, Irving Trust Company and Citigroup/Citibank. She went on to launch her own direct marketing consulting company, Fibertec International Inc, in France.

Lisa Sanders Finas, 52, holds dual American and French nationality.
