ABC.com is No. 1 Online Broadcast Video Site for November

According to the latest data from Nielsen VideoCensus for November 2009, which included the November Sweep period, ABC.com (5.8 million UVs) ranked as the No. 1 online broadcast video site for the month in Unique Viewers, beating second-place NBC.com by 34% (4.3 million UVs).  In fact, ABC.com has been the top broadcast site in UVs on each month during calendar year 2009.  

* ABC.com grew its Unique Viewers over the previous month for the 3rd straight month (5.6 million UVs - October '09), delivering the site's largest UV count since May 2009.

For viewing of full episodes and short-form content, ABC.com delivered 7 of the Top 10 spots during November '09, including the Top 3 freshman series with "V," "FlashForward" and "Modern Family."

* ABC.com's Top 10 entries included "V" (No. 2 - 1.572 million Unique Viewers), "Dancing with the Stars" (No. 3 - 1.503 UVs), "Grey's Anatomy" (No. 4 - 889,000 UVs), "FlashForward" (No. 5 - 885,000 UVs), "Desperate Housewives" (No. 6 - 726,000 UVs), "Modern Family" (No. 8 - 433,000 UVs) and "Ugly Betty" (No. 10 - 401,000 UVs).
 
Program Highlights - Total Streams (November '09)
For Total Streams, ABC.com claimed 5 of the Top 7 shows in November '09, including the Top 2 programs. 

* In Total Streams, "Grey's Anatomy" (17.2 million Total Streams) qualified as the No. 1 show for the month and ABC newcomer "V" (15.3 million TS) finished No. 2.  In fact, ABC.com has placed the top entertainment program online in Total Streams for 11 consecutive months, every month in 2009.

* The rest of Top 7 in Total Streams included "Desperate Housewives" (No. 4 - 11.3 million TS), "FlashForward" (No. 6 - 9.5 million TS) and "Dancing with the Stars" (No. 7 - 9.4 million TS).
